The new pin is a snow shovel. It is in the Boiler Room.
If you don't know how to get to the Boiler Room, no problem. ;)
1~Click on your map
2~Click on the Plaza
3~Go down the manhole by The Pet Shop
4~Go through the green door to your left
There you go!!!
